Permission 2 B extra…

For 6 years I worked in the charity sector supporting adults with learning difficulties.

It was one of my all time favourite spaces to occupy, as humans on the autism spectrum are super direct.

You know where you stand with those who have strong characters, opinions and personalities and I love that.

Far too many people dull themselves down to fit into the majority mould, but you are not that person.

You are special and unique and the world deserves to see the entire you.

Connecting…

Many of my clients ask me how they can live more intuitively, so today I’ve got some guidance for you:

Your mind is a brilliant choice programme which believes it’s keeping you safe, but it offers you detail based on local information.

Local information is detail which seems to be more accessible; it easily comes to the forefront of your consciousness.

Easily accessable memories for most people are memories which are created from high emotion.

An amazing day that you enjoyed as a child when you felt safe and loved.

Or a terrible experience that you went through as an adult, when you felt unsafe, scared and were terrified of the future.

If you’ve recently experienced a challenging phase in your life, your mind may begin telling you that life is a challenge.

If you are experiencing a peaceful phase in your life, your mind may begin telling you that life is good.

The trick here is to over-ride your mindset by letting go of all thoughts and all so called memories.

Here is a gentle, but powerful exercise to support this:

Close your eyes.

Now imagine your mind is an empty container and concentrate on the velvety, dark space between your closed eyes.

Imagine your body is drifting safely in a beautiful place where you feel at peace.

Now just breathe.

Do nothing but concentrate on this safe, gentle, velvety space between your eyes.

This is where your connection to truth resides.

In the space between your human thoughts.

Not in the past, not in the future, but in the now.

If you practise this exercise every day and build up to using this tool many times a day, you may be surprised at what you receive!

Output overwhelm…

Are you feeling exhausted, overwhelmed and basically done?

Many people right now are experiencing this, especially the feminine.

But this feeling is actually a gift and it’s showing you that things need to change.

You need to adapt your priorities as you can no longer maintain this way of being.

It’s not unkind to make yourself priority, in fact it’s an essential aspect of soul learning.

The frequency of this planet currently is encouraging self preservation, self love.

There will be many ways that this truth is being offered to you and you must learn to lean into it.

Of course you can choose to support others with loving kindness, but this choice must be offered without conditions.

Many of you are suffering as you have conditions attached to your giving; you want to receive in return.

You want to experience the results of your loving input and when you don’t, you give some more.

This does not work, in fact it facilitates a victim mentality in the receiver.

The most loving act is to pull away from this type of behaviour and relationship and simply observe the impact of your lack of input.

It may feel uncomfortable to begin with, but this is soul growth - this is loving kindness for all concerned.

This man…

My rock and my poet…

Leon wrote these lovely words for me a while back, and today felt like the perfect day for me to share them with you too.

Relationship should equal support, but also freedom when you need it most.

I’m so lucky to have this man in my life as healthy, harmonic relationship is the basis for all soul expansion and growth.

Reflections…

After a few days away I’m sitting on the sofa back at home, and I’m reflecting on the past few days.

Being around people used to exhaust me; but not any more.

I used to compare myself to others and attempt to fit in; but not any more.

Nowadays I love my quirks and the energetic imprint I leave behind.

I’ll be the one swimming outdoors in the rain.

I’ll be the one sitting alone on the picnic bench smiling at the sun.

I’ll notice the impressionable young boy staring lovingly at his dad.

I’ll compliment you on your dress, your hair or your aura.

I’ll be the one to say the things others find hard to say.

Look for the space where the others don’t go, as you’ll find me there and I know I’ll find you too.

Our Champney’s Spa Break…

This is the first time that me and my Boy have had a chance to take some time off together this year.

What with work and dad commitments it’s been full on.

Making time for reconnection is a must!

Post NDE…

I’ve always been sensitive to spirit communication, but since the NDE my ability to connect into alternative frequency dimensions, has sky rocketed.

It’s no longer unusual for someone’s dead relative to come in and be part of a QHHT sesh, so I’ve decided to make it a thing.
