As most of you know, my middle one (Harriet), plays rugby for Chinnor U16s, and I am proud to sponsor them this year!

This Saturday (28th) at Thame Leisure centre, this crazy bunch including coaches, are taking part in a Spinathon in teams of 3, to raise money for this year's tour! 😳

It may be Christmas Day but these clients (daughter 😆) has still got me working....🤭

I hope you've all had a wonderful day and are suitably stuffed on Christmas turkey or whatever you had to eat!

Thank you to everyone who has shared a post, recommended me, had a treatment with me, bought a voucher or even liked one of my posts. Every single interaction makes the world of difference.

Not only do you support my beautiful business, enabling it to grow from strength to strength, support my family but allow me to have the flexibility to be there when they need me most, you also (selfishly) allow me to pour my love and care into every treatment I do.
