What I do and teach... Why I chose to do conscious breathing every day? I do so because of the numerous health benefits I've experienced. Deep breathing calms the nervous system, which can lower heart rate and help regulate blood pressure. Reduces stress, and improves cells oxygenation throughout the internal system. More oxygen to the brain sharpens concentration and mental clarity. Breath work also support the immune function, helping the body to detoxify. And relaxed breathing before bed can help you fall and stay asleep.
