NO GROUP CLASS!

Thanks to everyone who came to the group classes, it was a good experience and I had a fun time preparing and running them πŸ˜ƒ

Unfortunately I won't be running them on a consistent basis from now. I intend to put on some movement efficiency workshops in the future so stay tuned for those!

I'm putting on a group fitness class! πŸ˜ƒ On Tuesdays from 6:30 to 7:30pm on Clifton Downs (hit the link below for the meeting place).

The focus is broad; general athleticism. We'll be doing a group warm-up, followed by a circuit-style session that will cover a whole load of movement planes and really challenge your adaptability.

🌾 Emphasise whole foods
πŸ– Get enough high quality protein
πŸ₯• Eat lots of vegetables
πŸ₯— Prioritise high nutrient density
πŸ˜‹ Eat slowly until full
πŸ• Minimise processed foods
