Did you know that soaps made entirely with coconut oil are very drying? Coconut oil when saponified has among the highest cleansing property of the oils used to make soap. It will strip your skin of its natural oils leaving the skin dry. However, if used properly - at less than 30 % in a recipe, coconut oil is a fantastic ingredient because it provides a very important quality: it makes the soap more bubbly. For this reason experienced soap makers chose to use coconut oil, balancing their recipes with more conditioning or moisturizing oils.

Honey and Turmeric 🪄✨👌

With Grapefruit and Cinnamon Leaf essential oils ✨

Seems to be the most wanted one in my shop and there is a good reason for that. It’s a perfect Christmas gift!

The fresh new batch I made is a little bit darker in colour and has hints of caramel that blend so well with the grapefruit and the cinnamon leaf… it smells.. delicious 😋 Just don’t eat it!
