We are thrilled to share with you our Christmas in-house 'Singing for the Brain' session today, designed especially to spread joy and warmth during the festive season. A time to come together and today we welcomed the local community that have supported us through the year!

These sessions are a wonderful opportunity for individuals to engage socially, boost their mood, and stimulate their brain activity through the power of familiar festive songs and sometimes you just need to get up and dance 💃

Our sessions are always carefully crafted to include vocal warm-ups and a selection of well-loved Christmas songs, creating a positive and enjoyable experience for everyone.

We look forward to seeing you and sharing in the joy of music together in the new year.
Let's make this holiday season a memorable one, filled with laughter, dance and song.

Tis the season to be jolly 🎅🏼⛄️, and we are absolutely thrilled to announce the start of our delightful Christmas celebrations ! From the joyous act of decorating Christmas trees, making party hats and crackers to the melodious tunes of our singing and drumming workshops, there is something for everyone to enjoy. And what better way to warm up than with some delicious hot chocolate or mince pie making? We took time this week to embrace the winter sun, when it finally shone and we enjoyed our very first Christmas lunch, we look forward to sharing our festive spirit with you all and creating wonderful memories together. Let's make this Christmas truly special!

Christmas Outing! 🎄

This week over at Harcliffe, we enjoyed a wonderful day out to a local garden centre who doesn’t love a garden centre this time of year! The festive atmosphere, twinkling lights, and a holiday dinosaur!!, The giggles from the playing children put smiles on all our faces and we embraced the festive cheer.

After exploring the garden centre, we treated ourselves in the cafe to some lunch and a warm drink. With Christmas songs playing in the background, it was the perfect way to get into the festive spirit. ✨☕🎶

We have had the most amazing time over the last few days celebrating the start of November! We've built bonfires, crafted around the flickering flames, and even had a good old sing-along. We set rockets off into space and used technology to design our own displays. Plus, we've made sure to keep moving as it gets colder. What a fantastic way to welcome November!

Wishing you all a happy Halloween 🎃

What an incredible month it has been! We have enjoyed a whirlwind of activities and events that have showcased our community's vibrant spirit. We have been focused on intergenerational sessions and wellbeing for body, mind and soul especially now the months are get colder.

Firstly, we are lucky to celebrate our first birthday and the arrival of adorable piglets at Lawrence Weston. These little bundles of joy have brought so much excitement and happiness.

Additionally, our very first Lunch Club at Thornbury was a fantastic success. People from the local community joining together, forging new friendships and strengthening existing ones.

These activities have underscored the strong sense of community we cherish. They provided opportunities to celebrate, connect, and create lasting memories. As we reflect on this month of celebrations, we are filled with gratitude for everyone's support and participation. Please enjoy our photos

We are thrilled to share what a truly lovely day we had! We were delighted to welcome some wonderful local residents who joined us today for our coffee morning. It was heartwarming to see everyone come together, dancing, singing and laughter could be heard from the car park and all over a nice cuppa and Slice of cake.
Being part of this community and experiencing such genuine connections is an absolute joy. Thank you to everyone who joined us and made the day so special. We look forward to many more moments like these!

Birthday celebration alert 🎉 🎂 Wow, this week we turned 1 at our centre at Lawrence Weston Community Farm ..AND what an amazing year we've had! We thank all the staff for making us feel welcome and keeping us updated with farm news and also supplying endless animal cuddles. Who knew a goat call Junior could come into our lives and make it just a little bit better..

We really have been so lucky to have all these wonderful people in our lives it really is a special place we can come together and celebrate our unique qualities..

But we would like to thank all our staff for making it, as amazing as it can be. Keep sprinkling the magic and doing what you do best x

This week, we celebrated in true fashion with live music from the wonderful Damien, who is also a staple in our music therapy sessions.

We feel It's the perfect time to look back on the many great days and faces of friends that have made this year so special. Please feel free to add yours in the comments below.

She grew up in Tidworth, and is the last surviving subject of Edward VII.
