Does anyone else feel the need to have multiple drinks on the go when working at the desk?
…or is that just a me thing? 🤣
My job is usually pretty active, so I need to have plenty of stimulation when sitting at the desk to stay focused. Maybe that’s why! I also like to be sufficiently hydrated💦🍋
Today I’ve spent the past few hours studying towards my lymphatics theory exam.
For those who come to my classes, you know I am very passionate about movement and nutrition to support the lymphatic system, and ultimately the immune system for overall health and wellbeing- it’s something I talk about a lot. This too is one of the many reasons I practice Kundalini Yoga daily, as it is fantastic at supporting the lymphatic system with repetitive, rhythmical movements🧘🏽♀️
From the end of next month I will be offering manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) as a stand alone treatment, or a combined treatment with Reiki at The Practice Rooms, Southville.
