I refer to myself as a spiritual human. And here is what it means to me. Being f**kin real! No mask. Just a genuine girl living a genuine life. Living authentically. Learning (more often the hard way). Accepting. Observing. Loving deeply. Growing. Out growing. Not just my old patterns of behaviours, limited mindset and thoughts but people. People I’ve met along my path in this life have been lessons and blessings because they have taught me about me.

I’ve learnt that people can hide behind spirituality, calling themselves “spiritual” but actually what they are doing is hiding behind their true self.

Own your s**t! Recognise your own flaws! Then actually do something about it! Support and encourage your strengths! Refine and purify! Reconnect with self! Detach from your egos!
