Important message to all patients. As part of our merge with Bradley Stoke Surgery, an important IT update is taking place on Anima later today and over the weekend. We have put measures in place to ensure no data is lost but to ensure we are able to complete all live requests by close of play today, we need to close Anima at 1pm. The surgery remains open until 6.30 - we will help you over the phone if you need us but please only contact us after 1pm if your request is urgent, or if a pharmacist or NHS 111 cannot help. Many thanks for your support and patience.
