🌀 Hello! It’s been ages since I’ve posted a video on here!

🌀 We have definitely all been on the expression/projection side of ranting, as well as on the receiving end, and this theme has come up multiple times for me in the last few weeks.

🌀 It feels good and healthy to share our struggles and express our emotions, but there can sometimes be a fine line when it comes to expressing how we feel and just plain ranting, which might actually be doing you and your nervous system more harm than good.

🌀 Ranting can actually be a way of bypassing an emotional state by making it more about the situation/person than how it has affected you. It can can be helpful to turn internally if you notice this is becoming a pattern, and start to become curious about the triggers of whatever is going on, which may give you valuable insight into your own emotional landscape.

🍁 Hello! I hope you are enjoying the Autumn colour and change in the air ✨

🌀 Transitions through different seasons - especially in the darker months - can feel very tricky for us to navigate. When the days are shorter and darker there is often more time spent reflecting internally and slowing down; which can be wonderful and expansive, but can also bring up issues or conflicts within ourselves that perhaps we have been putting off dealing with for some time.
