From gym consultation to professional installation took 7 days. Installed in one day the new floor has transformed this personal training studio space.

✅ Following a gym floor consultation to understand how the gym space was to be used, we recommend our InstaFloor 20mm interlocking gym tiles in dark grey fleck.
✅ We uplifted and removed the old gym flooring and underlay.
✅ On the fresh subfloor the interlocking 20mm tiles were installed and cut to finish.

The space now features an easy clean top surface and improved room acoustics.

How to measure

📝 Measure the width and length of the room. (Eg 3.6m x 5.7m).
🪈 Round up to the the nearest meter (4m x 6m)
❌ Multiple together and add 10% for wastage = 26sqm
🚛 For 26sqm you would need 104 tiles plus any ramps.
🤔 If you room has a lot of corners or difficult cuts increase the wastage
✅ Stretch out the room dimensions and send to us for help
🚪 Doors that open inwards may need adjusting to new subfloor height

How to Install

🔨 Tiles are loose laid and cut to the walls to fit
❌ No adhesives required.
❌ No subfloor preparation required. Just needs to be flat and clean
🧱 Can be laid in brick or straight pattern.
🔪 Mark and then cut tiles with sharp utility knife. You need good blades
🔪 Repeatedly score through the tile until you complete the cut.
🟨 Locate the connector pins into the first tile and lay on ground.
⬛ Carefully locate the pin holes on the next tile and apply pressure

Where there are no heavy weights being dropped and/or lower ceilings our commercial easy clean 10mm and 15mm products are perfect.

The gym pictured had a large range of Flow Fitness cardio and VirtuFit Strength machines. We installed our 15mm Easy clean Black tiles which offer great subfloor protection and acoustics properties.

The high end top surface finish means with a hoover or quick mop these tiles stay looking A1.
