Want some ๐ก๐ฒ๐
๐-๐๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐น ๐๐ฐ๐ฐ๐ผ๐๐ป๐๐ฎ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐? I need some too (๐ฆ๐ท๐ฆ๐ฏ ๐ต๐ฉ๐ฐ๐ถ๐จ๐ฉ ๐โ๐ฎ ๐ข ๐๐ฆ๐ข๐ญ๐ต๐ฉ & ๐๐ช๐ต๐ฏ๐ฆ๐ด๐ด ๐๐ฐ๐ข๐ค๐ฉ!)... so for the month of April, Iโm going to do (๐ฬฒ๐ฬฒ๐ฬฒ๐ฬฒ) 100 Push-Ups a Day and fund raise for Cancer Research in the process.

It could be anything. Start small, start easy (sustainably).
๐๐ป Weight / Fat Loss? Eliminate Snacks & Take a Daily Walk
๐๐ป Improve Sleep? Set a go-to-bed alarm
๐๐ป Get Stronger? Do 100 Push-ups (or as many as you can) a day ๐
๐๐ป Faster Run time? Do some Interval / Sprints once a weekโฆ
Etc!
If you think about it, plan it, ruminate on it, youโll never get anywhere.
Instead - take one small action and DO IT!
