Hello all!

Just an announcement to say that unfortunately Wednesday’s classes will be placed temporarily on hold.
However Sports Massage, fitness 121’s, and group exercise bookings will still be available for booking on request😁

As promised, classes will be back on from tomorrow evening!

Luckily it's due to cool down a little tomorrow, so we can get a great session in without the added sauna theme!😂
