Support Workers required for small care home in Downend, BS16.
We would love to hear from enthusiastic people who are resourceful, love working as part of a team and are happy to offer ideas that enhance independent living and quality of life for the adults with learning disabilities whom we support. Full training will be provided which will include the Care Certificate and the opportunity to progress for a QCF Diploma (NVQ).
Starting salary of £11.55 per hour
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience and qualifications would be preferred but not essential
- Full UK driving licence preferred in order to assist clients in the community
- Patient with a kind and caring nature
- Passion for helping others and making a difference in people's lives
- Eligible to work in the UK
