Yogasara means 'the essence of Yoga". We have created a Sacred space for you to come and explore what this means for you.

If we look to the ancient texts - the essence of Yoga is the embodiment of Consciousness, Love, Compassion, Truth and Kindness. We are a Community Interest Company because we wanted to offer a sanctuary where both teachers & students can find a warm welcome and safe space away from the madness of the world! A place where people can come together for mutual support & empowerment. Our teachers come from a variety of backgrounds and all offer you a heartfelt, embodied experience with depth & integrity born out of their particular training & dedicated practice.

The overall vision of this weekend workshop is the arising freedom of the realisation of relentlessly fierce compassion as the triplicity of appearances - emptiness, energy and form - none other than this moment of unicity.

The direct realisation of intimacy, samsara as nirvana, and how we perceive this triplicity, is commonly approached and sustained by methods, skilful means, or in modern parlance, meta-skills.

These meta-skills can include practices for the body, the breath, the emotions, the mind, vibration, and practices of community, creativity, and ecology.
