🫐Why are berries the best🍓

🍓Antioxidant rich and packed with polyphenols that help protect your cells from oxidative stress and signs of ageing.
🍓8 strawberries contain more vitamin C than 1 orange, to help you build up your collagen.
🍓raspberries are high in fiber to support blood sugar, digestion and satiety.
🍓naturally low in sugar enjoy them as the perfect healthy summer snack. Nutritious and delicious 😋

Whats your favourite berry combo?

That frozen pink cheescake went down well over the weekend💕

✨So excited to be eating real food after 5 days on the Fasting Mimicking Diet. But wow — the results speak for themselves:

✅ 4kg lost in 5 days
✅ The clarity of ketosis by day 4
✅And more energy than I’ve felt in months.

FMD gives you the benefits of fasting (like autophagy + fat burning) without giving up food completely.
It’s a metabolic reset. 🧬

⚖️ Reduced inflammation
🔋 Boosted energy + mental clarity
🔥 Activated fat-burning mode
🛡️ Cell regeneration + longevity benefits (that is autophagy!)

This is a scientifically-backed way to give your body a break and come back stronger.

🌱An easy win when trying to add in more nutrient dense foods to the diet.

🌱The sprouting process enhances the bioavailability of nutrients and increases the content of certain vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Here’s why:
🌱During sprouting, enzymes break down starches into simpler sugars and proteins into amino acids, making the nutrients more easily absorbed by the body. This leads to higher concentrations of essential nutrients such as vitamins (like vitamin C and B vitamins), minerals (like iron and zinc), and antioxidants.
🌱Sprouting decreases the levels of antinutrients like phytic acid, which can inhibit the absorption of minerals.
🌱Sprouting boosts the availability of amino acids, which are the building blocks of our cells.
🌱Sprouted seeds retain or even increase their fiber content, which supports digestive health and can help maintain healthy blood sugar levels.

In short, sprouted seeds offer a more nutrient-dense and easily digestible option compared to their unsprouted counterparts, making them a great addition to a balanced diet.
