Let's GO, Team Walk 4 Jen!
We are 4 weeks out from our Team Jen Wimbledon Half Marathon.
Alongside Nick, his family and close friends, I am going to trundle around (the hopefully flat) Wimbledon Common Half Marathon in the hope of raising money for Royal Trinity Hospice (London), the hospice team who cared for our beautiful friend, Jen during her courageous battle, and who so wonderfully supported her family throughout.

Ever wondered if you're running efficiently? Proper running mechanics can make all the difference in performance and injury prevention.
I took myself off to practice what I preach to my   clients.

Gait analysis uses  innovative footscan technology to assess your static stance, and walking, and running gait to analyse your foot strike and roll through technique. The results are then shown on screen and you are clearly talked through what it all means, giving you a thorough understanding of exactly what type of support (if any specific) you need in a running shoe.

In my 50th trip around the sun, I am proud and grateful to look back on what has been achieved so far, and am excited to start planning what to challenge myself with next.
The past 12 months have been incredibly rewarding, and I am super grateful for the ongoing loyalty and support shown by all my BST clients. Whether you are a Sports Therapy client, a regular in my fitness classes, or PT sessions, someone who has sought advice for Menopause support or new to my services at BlueSky , as a small business, it means a huge amount that you keep coming back.
My passion is helping clients of all ages, fitness levels and needs, to feel stronger, healthier, more energized and resilient, and to stay free from injury.
Thanks to your support, I am able to continually develop and enhance my learning so I am able to better serve you.
