While training, I was fortunate to meet and train with some amazing people! ☺️

And the other day I was lucky enough to receive an advanced copy of a book by the lovely Allegra, a coaching psychologist who I met back last year..

This book is fantastic and draws from lots of different disciplines and research - she's been working on this book and the rest in the series for 7yrs!!

It's being released next month, and is part of the 'coaching psychology series' definitely worth a look ✨️

Happy New Year peeps! 🎉

New year is always time I reflect a bit on the previous year ... you know when you take down the old calendar and flick through to see what was going on and what you had coming up this time last year .. it never seems that long ago does it?! 😳

Well for me, this time last year wasn't the best let's just say that.. some changes were needed to be made, some reflection had to happen! And it felt overwhelming and at times impossible to imagine that I would get where I needed/wanted to be.

Sometimes it's drastic change that's needed but more often than not it's actually small changes over time that get us where we want to be ... little thoughts... little steps ... they grow in our minds and carry us forward in the right direction.

So, to anyone feeling overwhelmed right now, just know you can get to where you want to be ... it may not happen over night most things don't. But trust those little steps .. those little thoughts they will carry you there!
