Sorry if you've already seen/received/read/heard something of this nature, I’m just trying to let people know...
Years after my close brush with death, I’d regained enough mental strength to develop an urge to do something helpful, something to try and benefit others.

After successfully completing a number of things – my feeling of debt still weighed heavy so, I decided to write a book - ultimately intending, aiming, hoping to inspire positivity and optimism.

Amongst reciting some amusing/often borderline inappropriate memories my book is about there always being "a brighter side" and understanding/considering life’s issues, things, problems, dilemmas from different perspectives.

Stop/don’t ever doubt yourself. Believe you can do it; self-belief is one hell of a mind-set. Push yourself, push boundaries, aim to exceed your perceived limits, it can be done – YOU CAN do it!

Chin-up, chest out. New year – new you, let’s go 💪
