That’s a wrap 2024 🎉

The last 4 days have been a blast, from seeing old friends and making new ones, to connecting with the coffee community and having great chats.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our stand and tried our new Single Origin range, to our partners who had us on their stands and our customers who joined us during the event. A huge shoutout to our incredible team for being amazing, and well done to our very own for competing in the Coffee Masters too.

There goes the second last day of

We’ve been slinging coffees, cheering on our customer on the stand and teaming up with our oat milk partner to serve up some tasty oat flat whites. It’s been an incredible experience so far. We’re ready to make the most of our final day tomorrow!

That’s a wrap for day 1 of ! 🎉

What an incredible start to kick off the festivities, thank you to everyone who popped by our stand and to for having us on the Stage of Champions. Plus, big shoutout to our very own for competing and smashing it in the Coffee Masters (stay tuned to find out more).

2024 UK Barista Championship, what a fantastic ride it’s been!

From the beginning to the semi-finals, we couldn’t be prouder of the incredible journey you’ve embarked on ! Your dedication, passion and resilience throughout the competition has been inspirational. Not to mention, big shoutout to our Head Roaster, Tommy and the rest of his team too who have been on every step of this journey as well.

⛰️ Nestled high on the Mexican & Guatemalan border, right on Chiapas, Mexico’s famed ‘Ruta de Cafe’, Finca Guadalupe Zaju is where the magic happens.

🍐 Poached pear & tangerine as an espresso, changing to pear crumble & cashew nuts when enjoyed with milk

☕️ Using an espresso machine, try 18g of finely ground coffee in for 36g of coffee out and a shot-time of 32-35 seconds.

Extract Espresso Martini, an absolute classic with a unique twist created by our extremely talented .nosek44 who not only whips up beautiful coffee, he also has a real knack for cocktails too 🍸

This is easy to make and only needs four ingredients, the perfect addition to your New Year’s Eve cocktail menu.

S H O P P I N G L I S T
▪ Dark Agave Syrup (The Groovy Food brand is good and easy to find at Waitrose)
▪ Good Quality Vodka (We recommend the
▪ Extract Coffee (Or any other coffee of your liking)

R E C I P E
▪70g Brewed Coffee
▪35g Vodka
▪20g Dark Agave Syrup
▪Ice

M E T H O D
▪If possible prepare coffee in advance so it has time to cool down.
▪For 2 Espresso Martinis mix 60g of finely ground coffee with 240g of boiling
water. Steep for 90 seconds and strain through coffee filter.
▪Pour all ingredients into a shaker. Add ice and shake vigorously for 10—15 seconds.
▪Strain into a chilled glass
▪Enjoy!
