Looking to step out of the World a while, and retrieve a sense of inner calm and new found energy?

Participants are taken on a journey into healing frequencies of consciousness and inner realms. Activating and accelerating internal self healing mechanisms that calm the nervous system, induce relaxation, promote a quieter mind, and hence heighten over all brain function. Many people with high stress jobs especially benefit from these sessions.

As the drums rise in intensity, they loosen many rigged energies we're knowingly or unknowingly carrying and that are keeping up on edge. The softer accompanying sounds in the sessions aid with releasing these energies and creating a more regulated experience of life. Effects more often last for at least a few days.

At this particular event, (the experience is different every month) people were greeted by ocean waves and whale song, taken deep into the bowls of the earth with drums, taken out into the cosmos with guitar accompanied electronic symphonic music composed especially for the event, before being gently brought back to earth with Hispanic quatro, singing and drone flute 💫

Spring is around the corner. Leave the winter vibes behind, and rejuvenate with this Spring Equinox voyage into other worlds!

Held in the 900 year old church in Bristol centre. This event is set to be one of the most out there yet.

Due to other engagements, this event used to be a collaboration with Ruth of . This has made room for even more wild and strange sounds to be incorporated into the session.

Amongst my musical and rhythmical creations, I create soundscapes, (real and other worldly) along with musical pieces that accompany live instruments.

This is one thing I've been developing the infrastructure for behind the scenes for the past years such as guitar, Cifteli, Saz Baglama and Quatro.

Though difficult to describe, this event is certainly a curious step out of everyday reality, and an unique experience many come back for. Its different every month!

'I'VE NEVER EXPERIENCED ANYTHING LIKE IT IN MY LIFE!' 🙂
This is a common response from participants after experiencing this one of a kind event that has now been running for 3 years!

Also common, is that people arrive stressed, and leave lighter and more uplifted. Feeling energised and ready to tackle many things they had previously been putting off. People in high stress jobs benefit a lot from this practise.
Even people that are sensitive to loud noise have given amazing reviews!

What is a drum journey? ?

In this case, a drum journey in some ways is alike a theraputic sound bath but with a big difference. Its gradually builds into heavy psychedelic tribal drumming that facilitates a trance like state, where the analyitical mind can step aside and allow room for the nervous system to relax and recalibrate.

Drumming shakes and breaks through many stresses and tensions with ease.

Along the journey through hidden inner worlds and realms, the experience is enhanced by live music played on a variety of modern and ancient instruments from around the world. Also, to name a few, there are theraputic sounds weaved into the experience. Along with Tibetan throat singing, and soundscapes pre created especially for the events.

All the extras aid in calming the body and mind, so the whole experience is more easily integrated and put to good use.

In our overly patterned lives, the analytical mind can get stuck in ruts and boxes that can make us feel stagnant.

The pounding rhythms of drums can easily break down these ridged mental and emotional structures. Making more room for energies to flow, inspiring fresh perspectives, inspirations and insights to previously difficult problems and situations.

Drum journeying can also bring up things that we're not neccesarily aware of, that can hinder us in moving forward in life. Things like old memories, emotions and patterns that can get stuck in our energy field. Things that we previously wernt ready to let go of, but our older, wiser selves are.

Drumming, along with many positive things, is scientifically proven to aid with a large range of conditions such as high blood preasure, depression and anxiety.

This event is a true journey out of the ordinary!

Be energised and feel a deeper connection to your inner power and the infinite moment.
