Stay & Play, Hartcliffe City Farm, tomorrow 9.30-11.30am. We will be observing worms in our wormery and also digging some up. There will also be supplies to make some wiggly worm puppets and some floral play dough 🙂. 🪱🪱🪱🪱🪱🪱🪱

Join me for a heart opening celebration of the mid point between Spring Equinox and Summer Solstice. Moving through heart opening Asana and Surya Namaskar to warm us through, igniting passion and fire inside ready for the coming months of Summer. A 90 minute class with a mixture of Pranayama, Asana and relaxation, followed by reflection and refreshments for the final 30 minutes.

Suitable for everyone and all levels. Mats provided or bring your own. Bring a blanket and cushion from r relaxation if you like and a bottle of water😊
