Great interval work today Nordic walking at Oldbury Court.

With a mix of 30second efforts on/off for 5 mins, some double poling and here they are finishing off with a nice hill 🤣 Well done all.

8 years on I’m grateful that I’m still able to fulfill my dream of working in the health, wellbeing & fitness industry as a Holistic Therapist, Personal Trainer and Associate for Health & Nutrition products at Usana Health Sciences.
