After a short break from writing, I’m slowly getting back into the groove. The truth is, my mental health took a dive this past week, and that’s something I’ve had to face many times before. It’s also a thread that runs deeply through my book—examining the raw, messy, and sometimes painful parts of life.

One of my earlier chapters puts it perfectly: "The house was bleak, shaped by depression and tension, and it was suffocating. But I kept going, even when it felt like I was holding my breath."

I’m learning to take those moments of breathlessness and turn them into something meaningful. Whether it’s in my book or in my life, those moments are a reminder that even when things feel heavy, I can keep going.

If you’re struggling too, know this: It’s okay to pause. It’s okay to take care of yourself. And when you’re ready, you can start again.

"Hello lovely people! You might have noticed the AI-generated images gracing my posts lately. No, I haven’t hired an eccentric artist with a wild imagination (though that would be fun). The truth is, I still work in education, and staying anonymous is a top priority—because, let’s face it, my students don’t need to know about the time I cried by a duck pond or that I ever had a ‘Scarlet Woman’ phase.

These AI images are my little creative loophole—helping me share this exciting journey without giving my students more gossip material than they already have. Fellow educators, you know how it is!

If you’re a teacher (or know one) who loves a mix of humor, chaos, and heartfelt moments, this book might just be for you. Let’s connect and laugh about the wild ride that is teaching, life, and everything in between. Because sometimes, you just need a good story to survive Monday mornings.

"Exciting news! I’ve officially completed the first draft of Part One of my book! 🎉 It’s been such a fascinating journey—reliving the wild rollercoaster of my teenage years, complete with all the drama, hilarity, and chaos that came with it. Processing those ups and downs has been both eye-opening and oddly therapeutic. Who knew revisiting old memories could be this much fun?

Stay tuned for more updates as I continue to pour my heart into this project. Here’s to making sense of life’s messiest moments one page at a time! ✍️✨

💻 Writing Update!
I’ve just finished drafting the chapter about my teenage years, and let me tell you—it’s been a journey. Emotional? Absolutely. Nostalgic? A bit. Like reliving a hurricane of angst and awkwardness. I think my choice of meme sums it up. 😅

Reliving these moments has been both therapeutic and, let’s be honest, slightly traumatic. But hey, it’s all part of the process, right?

Onward to the next chapter—because apparently, the doors never stop opening.

Big news, everyone!
I’ve been working on something deeply personal and close to my heart—a book. It’s called Shush, It’s My Time to Talk, and it’s my story: the ups, the downs, the laughs, and the heartbreaks.

For years, I’ve kept quiet about many parts of my life, but now I’m finally ready to share it all—grief, love, mental health, and what it’s really like to be a teacher trying to keep it all together.

If you’ve ever felt like life throws too much your way or wondered how to move forward when it feels impossible, this book might speak to you. I’m sharing this journey because I know I’m not alone, and neither are you.

Follow along for updates, sneak peeks, and maybe a few surprises!
