Many thousands of vulnerable people are simple unable to reach, to lift, or to hold drinks and so need help to stay hydrated – but the help is not always available when needed.

Mark Moran MBE the founder of both Hydrate for Health and The Hydration Foundation is raising money for Great Western Air Ambulance Charity after suffering a cardiac arrest.
