Today on National Practice Managers Day, we'd like to recognise Practice Management everywhere, but especially those within our own Primary Care Network.
Often the unsung driving force behind both the clinical and administrative functions within a GP surgery, the practice management teams have a wide range of skills and responsibilities.
They improve systems, ensure compliance, manage resources, solve problems, lead and support the workforce, and enhance the patient experience.
If General Practice is the front door of the NHS, it's Practice Managers who keep that door open! Thank you to all the wonderful Practice Managers and their support teams everywhere x
