I held my last workshop of the year today, making a gonk.
My ever-faithful student was my only one today, and her gonk turned out absolutely amazing 🤩

She wants to keep it out all year, so she steered away from a Christmas theme — a perfect example of how you can really make these workshops your own.

If you ever fancy trying your hand at needle felting, keep an eye out for next year’s workshops, hopefully starting in January.

Today I ran a needle felting workshop with a lovely group of friends. They were amazing and created some truly adorable sheep, each one full of its own character 🐑✨

I enjoyed making my miniatures so much that I couldn’t stop… so I’ve made some more! Each one is tiny, full of character, and made with lots of love (and a few needle pricks 😄).

This is just the beginning ✨

I’ve started making very cute miniature animals, each one displayed in a beautiful little tin (5cm x 3cm).
They are tiny!! You can really see how small they are by the size of them on my hand.

My fingers definitely know it from all the needle pricks 😂 but it’s so worth it 😁

I only have six at the moment, but there will be many more to come.

I’d love some inspiration — what should I make next? 🐾
If you’d like something in particular made, whether it’s a specific breed of dog or cat or your favourite animal, give me a shout and I’ll happily give it a go.

I was recently asked to make an angel with brown skin and dark hair, just like the lady’s daughter — she told me she never sees any like her.

Isn't she beautiful ❤️

I was so happy to make it, and it really made me realise how important it is to be more attentive and create more inclusive, ethnic designs in my work.
