✨ We are SO proud to announce that our very own Chloe has won the Rising Star Award at the Women Achieving Greatness in Social Care Awards! ✨

At just 23, Chloe manages our CQC Outstanding Firgrove Care Home, but it’s her compassion and courage that truly set her apart. Starting in care at 16 as an apprentice, Chloe has grown into a leader who never hesitates to step onto the floor, work a night shift or sit for hours with a resident who needs her.
Chloe isn’t just a manager, she is an advocate, a friend and a lifeline to those she supports.

This award is so deserved, and we couldn’t prouder💛👏
A huge thank you to the WAGS Awards team for celebrating the incredible women of social care.
