Every year, Mental Health Awareness Month gives us an opportunity to pause and reflect on something that affects us all: our mental wellbeing.
Mental health is not separate from physical health. It shapes how we think, feel, and connect with others and while awareness is growing, many people still find it difficult to talk about what they are going through.

Ask yourself, when did I last check in with myself or when did you last ask someone how they are really feeling?

This is your reminder to take a minute to check in 🕊️

What a fantastic day. Safe to say everyone is completely exhausted after a full day of dancing, great food and plenty of laughter! Even though the sun decided to stay hidden, it didn’t dampen the atmosphere one bit, the energy and smiles said it all.
