Holy Smokes, we almost forgot how good the sauna feels, for a second! But the grand reopening is tomorrow and we get to sweat our socks off once more!!!

It’s Imbolc, it’s new moon, it’s Chinese New Year, so much is fresh and new, so it’s time to toss off the old like a dusty old winter coat and step into this new energy!

Imbolc is a time to celebrate the glimmer of light and hope and Spring, as the hardest, bleakest times are behind us! New Moon is a time for growth and expansion and rebirth. And the Chinese New Year, year of the Water Tiger is a time to flow, fierce yet calm, powerful yet measured, wild and free.

What a deeply symbolic time! Like me, you might be stepping out from under a cloud of darkness that was dampening your soul, you might be shaking off limitations and embracing your truth, it’s a time to come together in our raised vibration and be who we came here to be!

So come and sauna with us! And if you are feeling really ready to embrace the new, come and feel the superpowers of our beachside kettlebell sessions, BeachBells! Endless, the list is endless, but let's just review ten awesome benefits:

It was great to see lovely faces at both of our taster sessions this week, interestingly it was an all female crew, where the males at?🤔

I’m excited to tell you that the official launch is just days away with the opening it’s sauna’s doors once more on 2nd Feb. You can now book directly via the BeachBox website, just click ‘Fitness Sessions’ from the menu!

You can also find the booking link in my bio; and spots are filling up fast so book now to avoid disappointment!

Prepare for the whirlwind of energy that is myself, and life is a mirror so you’re going to experience that thunderous energy in your workout too.

Cool down with a sea dip, literally a stones throw from the sauna and then jump in the horse box to warm up, wind down and feel grounded and centred for your day!

We are delighted to present to you our new offering down at the Beach Box Sauna Spa, Brighton…

BEACHBELLS 🌊☀️🏋️‍♀️

A 30 minute explosive, full-body workout using our high-quality competition kettlebells, followed by optional sea-dip and a short sauna to stretch the body a little and enable a relaxing recovery.

All levels are welcome, and no experience is necessary. All sessions are taught by fully qualified and insured fitness professional, Jesse Devlin.

🌊☀️ We are hosting a taster session of the workout, minus the sauna, on Wednesday 26th January at a 50% discounted rate. Find the link in the linktree in the bio🔝

Jesse is a powerhouse of energy, both motivating and caring. She has over 800hrs of certification in a range of modalities. She has lived in India, Asia and beyond, and has undertaken extensive studies of both Western and Eastern philosophy, so expect a light spinkle of philosophical musings to take away with you.

All sessions are hosted at the brand new site for the much loved Beach Box Sauna Spa on Madeira Drive

All you need to bring is your fabulous self! And for the taster session you need to bring your yoga/fitness mat, if you have one.

Women of the Coast. Let's meet on the beach for the pink supermoon. Women's Circle. Full Moon Ceremony. Whatever you wanna call it, let's hold one. Together. If you want to share something that's cool, or just come along and take part.

I'll open the circle and lead a meditation, and collectively we will hold the space to release intentions, with the option to share with the group. We can build a small fire and give our intentions to the flames, and then if you're feeling it have a skinny dip in the Sea 💕 grounding, being submersed in the waters of Mother Nature, being cleansed by the salt water, and just feeling powerful and connected to the Earth.

If this sounds like a bit of you, message me, so we've got an idea of who to expect and we can coordinate a time and place. It's an informal vibe, I'll be going to beach to do this whole jam anyway and know at least a handful of my femme fatale friends who will join me so why not open it up and put it on the visiongram🌕🌸🌊

And just to be clear, and cos it's brighton,whether you have a womb or not,you are welcome here💙

Moon rises at 7:30pm on 26th so meeting around sunset will be the vibe.

And just a lil bit on this moon....it's in Scorpio, sign of passion and mystery, as well as creation and destruction. It's a time of transformation and to give complete faith to what you want to call in to your life next and transmute anything that is holding you back from getting that. Speaking or writing these intentions, and especially burning those words, can perhaps supercharge this intention, aiding it to come into fruition. It's a supermoon, closer thus bigger, perhaps magnifying our emotions around this time too, so it's nice to honour this by looking deep at how we are feeling and what we want and consciously letting go or allowing space to release what we don't need, to make space for what we do.
