Ok so…..I realised that the QR code on my old flyers didn’t work. Boooo s😒
Instead of just replacing it with a new clearer QR code on the old flyer, i decided to design a whole new one 🙈 because….why not right 🤣
I’m so happy with this new one, it’s simpler, and not a fold out one so can just stick it places. Flyers are deceptively hard to do…for me anyway. You’ve got limited space, I want it to stand out but not be gaudy, and you’ve got to get straight to the point with your text.🙈
What do ya think?

- just a general enquiry…..when does this running malarkey get easier?! Ffs! 🤣

Also in awe and so grateful , as if I get to get up , go for a run by the sea and end it with an iced coffee beverage 🥰😂🙈🙌

For me, yoga isn’t a workout. It’s a place for me to centre and ground myself. That’s why I lift weights and now run. Yoga helps my body in a whole host of ways, but I don’t use it as cardio. It can help with strength but I supplement it with weights at the gym. Yoga supports my physical health AND my mental wellbeing.

As much as I love yoga, it is not a fix all ! It is an awesome tool to add to your wellbeing kit. As well as having different ways to help my body, I’ve found different ways of helping my head.

I journal, spend time in nature, paint, and consciously try and cultivate and maintain healthy relationships. Spending less time with people that bring me down and more time around people who lift me up!

I also block/unfollow accounts that make me feel less than. What little ways have you found that help your mind and body? Different tools are going to work for different people. What helps you?

Wk 1 day 1 of done 💪🙌🙈

Moving my body for joy, to improve my fitness and NOT to shrink myself. Diet culture has ruined health and fitness for me for so long, but now I’m reclaiming it!

Fitness is not determined by body size. Fitness includes a whole host of stuff. Your mental health, physical health, and social wellbeing.

Movement is just one part of it.
I like to move in different ways, in ways that feel good to me. Like yoga , weight training, swimming and now running.

I am aware of the privilege I have to be able to do these things. I am able bodied and these movement practices work for me, but they won’t work for everyone.

Find what feels good to you in your body. And know that physical health looks different on everyone!

Did you know that my Wednesday Slow Flow class is online as well as in person?

Created for those days when getting out of the house isn’t that easy.

You don’t have to have your camera on either, roll up in your pjs - no one will know 🙈😂 to be fair I wouldn’t mind if you came to my in person class in your pjs ! As long as you’ve shown up for yourself in a way that suits you!

Hello my lovely yogis ,

So sorry to let you know that this week’s Wednesday Slow Flow at Pierremont Hall is cancelled. I’ve come down with the flu. Besides from not feeling great, I don’t want to spread it around and get anyone else sick.

If you booked online, your class refunds should come through in the next few days.

Started last week’s Slow Flow with a little heart opener, and concentrating on our shoulders.

I try and give variations for different poses, and encourage students to go at their own pace.

There is definitely no hierarchy in pose & no “full expression of the pose “.
