Festive Ferments - Online Workshop
I’m excited to share that my Festive Ferments online workshop is now open for bookings!
If you’d love to support your gut health this Christmas — and bring something homemade and delicious to your festive table — this workshop is for you.
On Wednesday 3rd December, I’ll guide you through making three simple Christmas themed ferments using ingredients you already have at home.
No specialist kit, no cultures to buy — just jars, salt/sugar and seasonal produce.
I'll demonstrate -
🍍 Festive Pineapple Tepache – a naturally sparkling Christmas drink made with pineapple and warming spices
🍒 Fermented Cranberry Chutney – tangy, vibrant and perfect with cheese boards or leftovers
And we'll make together -
🥬 Red Cabbage & Apple Spiced Sauerkraut – a make-along recipe you’ll prepare with me during the session
