We had a wonderful day at The Kildonan Cafe today! Thanks to everyone who came along and enjoyed a sauna, coffee and cake - lots of happy faces which is what we like to see the most!

Don’t forget about our special event next Wednesday the 13th May with The Kildonan Cafe! A sauna, a coffee and a cake all for £20, from 10am. There are still a few sauna spots left, so don’t miss out.

We’ve teamed up with The Kildonan Cafe to offer a simple (and very enjoyable) combo:

How it works:
Book your sauna slot through our website www.stonesthrowsauna.co.uk — choose from 10am, 11am or 12pm. There’s no charge when booking.
On the day, head over to the café for your coffee and cake and pay there — either before or after your sauna, whatever suits you best. Cash is welcome too.
We popped in for a little taste test last week and can safely say… you’re in for a treat.
If you fancy a relaxed morning with a bit of heat and a bit of cake, this is your sign.

Alert! 🚨 It’s nearly May and when that new month hits, we’re heading back to Kildonan! YES! We’re excited to be back with our friends at Sealshore Campsite with the first sessions on the 5th and 6th of May, and then every week - we hope - for the whole summer!
There is going to be a special event at another location in Kildonan soon… keep your eyes peeled for that! 😉

We’ve made some changes!!

If you are booking with us soon, you’ll notice a change in our booking system. We hope that the new system will make your booking experience even easier than before!

Not only will our guests now be able to book private sessions directly from the website, but you’ll be able to see - at a glance - where we’ll be and when! It’s a much more streamlined system, which we hope you’ll appreciate as much as we do!

Our festive sauna sessions are now live and ready to book.

Whether you're looking for a quiet moment before Christmas, a breather between celebrations, or a blissful start to the New Year, there's something for you.

Festive social sessions run from the 19th of December until the 4th of January and we have plenty of private session availability too. If you'd like a special treat to share with friends or family, give us a shout and we'll get it sorted out.

We are feeling very excited to be featured as one of Hidden Scotland magazine's 'Ten of the Best Wild Saunas in Scotland'!

After nearly two weeks off, we’re back with your weekly (?) / daily (?!) dose of hot and cold from Thursday this week. We’ve enjoyed a break, but it’ll be great to see you all again and to get the sauna firing once more.

Sessions are still on for tomorrow – despite Storm Amy trying to steal the spotlight! We’ll check conditions in the morning to make sure everything’s safe, but a bit of wind won’t blow us off course.
