Dear All

On the auspicious occasion of the United Nations International Day of Yoga, we at Healthy Living Yogashram ( HLY ) are organizing a health awareness program for the community on June 22nd from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Darrick Wood School. The program details are attached for your reference. We are honoured to have Mr. Mayor expected to preside over the event.

This is the third edition of similar events we organized in 2018 and 2019, which garnered considerable public attention. This year, we are also arranging a stem cell donation registration camp to encourage participation from the Asian community, as registration rates are currently quite low. This camp will be conducted in association with DKMS ( bone marrow registry).

The event will feature three NHS consultants who will discuss the role of yoga in healthy living, as well as its impact on cancer, obesity, diabetes, and mental health issues. Additionally, three other organizations specializing in meditation and mindfulness will be present.

It’s entirely a Free event

Light lunch will be served after the event

The event is being organised by Healthy Living Yogashram and supported by the generosity of SG Brothers International Pvt Ltd

After much deliberation and taking feedback from the attendees and Bromley council ,HLY has decided to change the timings of its yoga sessions . It will benefit people from the wider and diverse community

From 30th October HLY session will happen
