12 months of consistency, smart training and balanced nutrition 🩷💪🏻

Rachel started with boxing fitness sessions last year, which built her fitness and got her into a great routine. In March, she added weekly resistance training with me - and the shape change has been amazing!

For women in
perimenopause, lifting weights is a game-changer: it protects muscle, boosts metabolism, and reshapes the body in ways cardio alone can't.

Rachel's consistency, hard work, and willingness to combine different types of training. She's proof that a balanced approach can be powerful - and that when you show up for yourself, change happens. 💥
