Yoga Heaven’s Cotswold retreat 2.0 was AMAZING!!!!! We enjoyed every single minute 🤗
🤸🏼The group were the best bunch of beautiful souls, so much laughter and good vibes!
☀️ The weather was beautiful, the sun was shining down on us
🌳 The venue was just stunning, we dangled our feet in the beautiful lake and enjoyed just being in nature
🧘🏽‍♀️We did lots of lovely Yoga, meditation, sound therapy and workshops
🥗 The food was delicious, super healthy & nutritious

Feel good vibes all round, can’t wait to do it all again in September!!! 👏🏻🧡🤩

Yoga Heaven’s beautiful Cotwolds retreat was a huge success! The venue was simply perfect, nestled in the heart of the picturesque countryside 🌳🐿️ The food was super healthy and delicious, all freshly cooked by Uprawfood 🥗😋 And the group were all such beautiful souls who were a pleasure to spend time with 🥰🙌🏼 My heart is full 🙏🏻💗🧘🏽‍♀️✨###x

Yoga Heaven’s 2nd retreat in Nottinghamshire was AMAZING! ✨🙌🏼 The universe was definitely aligned for this one 🌎 What a lovely bunch of Yogi’s, such beautiful souls who all connected so easily 🩷 The venue was stunning, surrounded by nature, beautiful lakes and the river Trent on our doorstep 🌳🦋 We couldn’t have asked for better weather ☀️☀️☀️ The food was first class 😋 And the Yoga practice was enlightening!! I am super grateful to have had the pleasure of such a wonderful experience🙌🏼🧘🏻‍♀️ My heart is full 🤍😇###xx
