In Loving Memory of Pam Bennett
We have been broken-hearted at the studio this week and wanted to dedicate this newsletter to one of our most inspirational members, Pam Bennett, who peacefully passed away on Monday, surrounded by her loving family and with our wonderful Crystal Healer, Lynn Jinks, there to support them.
Many of our daytime members will know Pam for her big smiles, warm hugs, and her wise, calming presence.
Pam was beautiful inside and out. Over the past two years, it has been a privilege for many of us to witness her confidence grow and to be part of her spiritual awakening. She explored mindful practices and holistic therapies (she especially loved her crystals), stepping into the very best version of herself - she truly embodied that phrase.

Life is for living - as our authentic selves, not through the eyes of someone else. You never know what special people will walk into your life and change it. The power to change your life lies within you. Over the past 2yrs, Pam worked with One Word intentions to guide her year:
✨Consistency in 2024 — staying true to her practices and values.
✨Courage for 2025 — continuing to step into her fullest, bravest self.
“I know who I am now. I love my life and I'm at peace. I know my truth and I feel like I am in a place where I can help others.”
She did exactly that - sharing, inspiring, and giving in so many ways. Her final gift was the most selfless of all: as an organ donor, she saved the lives of two people on Monday night through kidney and liver transplants.
Pam’s daughter Caroline described her final couple of days with her at the QE Hospital as “magical”, with Pam’s grateful heart radiating so strongly that it rubbed off on her loved ones - a true reflection of who she was.
Our love goes to Pam’s family: her husband John, daughter Caroline, son Richard, their partners, and her grandchildren.
Pam’s light will always shine here - in our smiles, our stories, and every moment we choose to live with gratitude.
With Zenergy Love
