✨Meet Wyn ✨

We are thrilled to introduce you to Wyn, Leigh’s wonderful new guide and companion. If you attend a few classes, you’ll soon spot Wyn accompanying Leigh to her Zenergy sessions, quietly supporting her every step of the way.

Leah is blind, and while that could feel limiting for many, Leigh is nothing short of inspiring. She approaches life with courage, determination, and joy - and yes, she even runs half marathons. Truly incredible.

Last year, Leigh experienced the heartbreaking loss of her previous guide dog, a deeply painful chapter in her journey. We are so happy that she now has Wyn by her side as she steps into this next phase of life, we can’t wait to see that bond continue to grow.

If you meet Leigh and Wyn in the studio, please be respectful and remember that Wyn is a working dog. Even Gary has been firmly instructed to limit the dog treats!

We are so delighted for Leigh to have a guide and companion back in her life!

This week we are talking about manifesting! 2026 is here and life keeps moving whether we choose to be intentional or not. We can feel as though life simply happens to us, or we can take responsibility for our energy, our perspective, and the choices we make.

Manifesting isn’t about forcing change, it’s about awareness. It’s recognising that while we can’t control everything that happens, we can choose how we respond.

As we look toward 2026, this is an invitation to get intentional. To pause, reflect, and consciously choose how you want to feel and live - AND January feels like a pretty good time to do this, joins one of our wellness events!
