Many people have heard of Tai Chi and Qi Gong, but do they know just how beneficial these gentle practices can be? Both use slow, mindful movement and breath awareness to help improve balance, coordination, posture, and overall wellbeing. They are especially supportive for stabilising the body, reducing stiffness, and building confidence in movement.
You don’t need to be flexible or highly mobile to begin. These classes are accessible for all abilities, and movements can even be adapted using a chair, making them a wonderful option if you’re returning to exercise, managing mobility challenges, or simply looking for a calmer way to move.
