MEET THE TEAM MONDAY - Mandy from Flourish and Joy 🙋‍♀️🙌💆

Mandy offers personalised life coaching programmes to help you find joy, fulfilment and direction in your life. Her Menopause Coaching programme supports women nurture their mind body and spirit through the menopause. Programmes can be paid via a payment plan at no extra cost.

Mandy qualified as a therapists is 2023. She offers relaxing facials in which she uses Neals Yards Organics products. AromaTouch TechniqueTM which encourages the body to return to a relaxed state allowing you to feel more able to cope with life stresses and strains. Indian Head Massage is a holistic experience that encourages the nourishment of tissues in the head, fostering healing from within. Her Reiki sessions promote general wellbeing and relaxation.
