☀️Sound baths can: ~reduce anxiety~lower blood pressure ~improve sleep quality~balance your mind, body and soul☀️

Saturday May 2nd, 2.30-3.45pm

Join us for a nurturing sound bath to balance your mind, body and soul. Gentle therapeutic instruments blend with harmonising vocals to bring you to a state of peace and calm.
🌸Energy balls afterwards to help ground you🌸
Padded mats and eye coverings provided, please bring your own blankets and cushion/pillow, and a drink of water.

🌟This sound bath is for anyone who has a past or present diagnosis, and can also include anyone who has a family member or friend impacted by cancer and anyone working, or who has worked, with cancer patients.🌟

Generously funded by Lingen Davies Cancer Support, Sound baths can help reduce anxiety, improve sleep quality, lower blood pressure, and induce feeling of wellbeing and positivity.

💫Join in with rhythms, improvisations and chants-a wonderful way to relax, enjoy and feel connected to self and to community! No experience or musical ability needed, suitable for all ages.💫
