Just an update on Nurtures opening hours over the Christmas period.

Will be open 10am to 3pm

Closed 24th Dec for a few weeks.

January 2026 Nurture will be closed for a few weeks so please stock up on those items you love to buy in the next few days

Today has been a good day I had a shop full of beautiful souls I am so grateful to you all.

Especially to Jo Jo who with her creativity and skill with words has helped me with social media updates. Also the lovely Mim with her words of compassion.

Then we went to Kindred Three for coffees and delicious mushroom soup if you haven't tried Kindred Three you are missing out.

I will be sharing suggestions for a cosy night in, alongside monthly newsletters and asking for ideas for Wellbeing workshops.
I am also looking for individuals who would like to use Nurtures Therapy space or run small cosy workshops

From my post the other day when I was struggling I want to say thank you to you all those that messaged, commented on my post and popped into see me at Nurture Thank you so much.

For those of you struggling know you are not alone and if you wish please pop into Nurture for a hug or a chat or just to sit.

An update from Nurture 3 The Market Square Bromyard
The beautiful Jessie is moving from Nurtures Therapy room to her very own Therapy space in Kindred III 23-29 Broad Street Bromyard.

Thank you Jessie for the wake up call I didn't know I needed 😂🤣 I wish you and your sisters an amazing future at Kindred Three you have all worked so hard to achieve your dream wishing you all much happiness in your next chapters.

Neptune will go direct on 10th December and we will feel that quite strongly today, 9th although its influence is subtle and creeps in more like a mist and gradually envelops us. This concentrated Neptunian energy does not bring clarity and can heighten illusion and escapism. If possible, I suggest delaying any major decision until the fog has cleared as the truth will be hard to ascertain and the mists will likely obscure facts. Decisions made a day or two either side of its station could be weighted by nostalgia and viewed through rose-tinted glasses that will later lead to disappointment as things turn out not to be as we hoped or dreamt.

Conversely, in some areas of our lives, where deceit has been present before, Neptune’s retrograde can reveal the truth so we might get a realisation that can also be prompted by Mercury making its third opposition to Uranus (previous connections on 29/10 & 19/11). This could also bring us realisations of how our thought patterns have contributed to not feeling safe and secure, how we resist change and try to stay in our comfort zone or how we have internalised fear from something unexpected happening in the past.

Security is an inside job, nothing external, no -thing, no person can make us feel secure.
