I have spent the last couple of days in Glastonbury met up with a lovely soul who I haven't seen for a while, walked up the Tor and spent some time embracing the role of Myrrhbearer more on that over the next few months.

Back home now ready to open Nurture 3 The Market Square Bromyard tomorrow 10 to 3.

The lovely Jessie and her sisters working together on a new venture In Bromyard.
For those that know Jessie as Rediscover Body Confidence have been sharing wellbeing space with me at Nurture 3 The Market Square.

I wish Jessie and the Kindred III all the best in their new venture.

As for Nurture and the Wellbeing space there are new opportunities evolving.
More to share on that later.

For as long as I can remember, starting with my Nana many moons ago, there’s been a dream in our family of opening a tearoom. She baked for others for so many years and longed to one day serve her own cakes in a place filled with friends, old & new.

She never opened her tearoom, but she did spend her pre-retirement years working for a well-known local bakery, just like her father before her.

On every day trip, my sisters, my mum and I would talk about the coffee shop we’d love to own one day…”oooo maybe fill it with art and artisan bakes, cakes and cute little bits. Maybe we bake bread and use Grandad’s recipes”.

I always imagined a space where I could sell proper herbal teas, tinctures, candles and wellness treatments. A calm sanctuary where I could blend essential oils, massage, and embrace the witch I think I’ve always known I am.

“You know what,” Jasmine, the youngest of my sisters, said one day. “We just need to stop talking about it and actually do it.”

So maybe… we did just that.

This has been a long time coming eventually the timing is right.

I am happy to say that I am opening up a Self Nurturing group.

Together we will look at ways we can Self Nurture this can include breathing exercises, way to mediate and more.
