When life feels cloudy
Life can sometimes feel like you’re inside a thick, heavy fog. You might feel sadness, anger, overwhelm… all of it pressing in at once. It’s easy to believe the goal is to get rid of the cloud completely, to “fix it” so everything feels light again.
But what if healing isn’t about escaping the cloud?
What if it’s about finding one small moment of connection, happiness or light that helps you see yourself, breathe, and steady your feet?
Those hard feelings are part of the journey. They don’t define you, but they do deserve gentleness. The work is simply to make the cloud easier to move through, one breath, one kind choice, one supportive moment at a time.
