Meet the Team Monday: Pygmy Goat edition 🐐

Say hello to our little herd of goats!

They are usually the first animals you meet when you arrive at our enclosure.

We have four adults: Rollo, Snickers, Peanut and Pickle, who like to jump, climb and play. Our new edition is little Bounty, who is slowly getting to know the herd from the safety of his own area.

Shetland Pony and Friends: Forest School 🌳

Forest School is a child-led experience in the woods. There are a range of activities for children to choose from, encouraging exploration of the woodland.

Activities can include:

🔥 Campfires and campfire cooking
⛺ Den and shelter building
🪢Knot tying
💡Creative and imaginary play
🧶 Woodland crafts
🛠️ Using tools

Our aim is to build confidence, resilience and independence in children and young people.
