This month, I took the scary, but exciting decision to reduce my employed work from 3 to 2 days!!! eek

* Provide supportive change work for and with young people with mental health challenges like stress, anxiety and low mood
* Inspire and support women to realise their potential and get rid of self-sabotage, historical barriers, imposter syndrome and step into the amazing women they are
