Contacting Park Lane Surgery from Monday 3rd June 2024

We are rolling out a new way of contacting us:
Accurx is an online service through which our patients can now contact the surgery to get help for non-urgent medical or admin requests.
It is very simple to fill out so please do give it a go if you need to contact us. We really think it is easier for most people than waiting on hold to speak to a receptionist, or completing an eConsult. Accrux is an online service accessible through our website.
Accurx Patient Triage is open from 8:00-18:30 Monday to Friday - if you do not have access to the internet, or find it difficult to use a computer or smartphone, you can call reception instead who will complete this on your behalf.

We are implementing a new triage system to provide better access to everyone who contacts us. This will mean your wait on the phone maybe slightly longer whilst this system gets up and running.
