Let me introduce myself 👋🏻

Less than a year ago, I felt unhappy, low in confidence, and struggled with my fitness. Even simple things felt difficult - but after seeing a photo of myself, I knew something had to change.

Walking into my first Slimming World group felt nerve-wracking, but within five minutes, I felt so welcome.

Since then, everything has changed ✨
🌟 Lost 1 stone 7 lbs
🌟 Built a healthier relationship with food
🌟 Gained confidence & energy
🌟 Completed Couch to 5K 🏃‍♀️

It feels balanced now. I don’t feel like I’m missing out.

Now, I am relaunching my own Slimming World group 💚

I'm passionate about creating a warm, supportive space where everyone feels welcome - no matter how nervous they might feel.
