πͺπΌ anchor around something you love
πͺπΌ frequency > duration
πͺπΌ it feels physical, but it's all mental
πͺπΌ food, relationships, and sleep > calorie burning
πͺπΌ move slow most of the week + move fast + move heavy once or twice
πͺπΌ train the nervous system, not the bicep
πͺπΌ programmes are overrated, but behavioural habits are underrated
πͺπΌ the body seeks balance, so spice it with variety
πͺπΌ nature wins
