Good morning everyone, how was your weekend?

Yesterday I woke up with an inflamed eye with pressure, optician couldn’t see me until tonight (even though it should have been classed as an emergency), anyhoo after seeing the gp last night I was put on antibiotics both orally and eye drops as a safety measure. Gp has just rang me for an update and I am now on my way to see the eye specialist in A & E.

If all is ok, I will come in to work. 🤞🏻

🎃👻 Scare on the Square - Brynmawr Town Centre! 👻🎃

Thursday 30th October, join in the spooky fun at Brynmawr Town Centre from 5pm - 6:30pm for the Scare on the Square 👀🕸️

There’ll be BGFM, fun stalls, mascots, a stilt walker, and face painting for all ages! 🧛‍♀️🦇
Don’t forget to stop by the police station — they’re joining in with Halloween activities too! 🚓🎃

At The Rustic Stag (📍17 Market Square, Brynmawr NP23 4AJ) we’ll be open 9am - 7pm, serving:

🥤 Cold drinks
🍰 Homemade cakes
🍽️ Full menu available to eat in or takeaway!

Can’t wait to join Slimming World with Bec at Brynmawr Rugby Club tonight. Super excited and nervous all at the same time.

What an eventful 24hrs
So something triggered an allergic reaction in my eys last night, it’s so random (as someone having a haircut can trigger it!)

Anywho my eyes are currently like pissholes in the snow 😳🤭🫣👀👁️ feel like they have been over the greater, and well I can just about see out of them clearly. So apologies I was awol today. I just couldn’t drive. Fingers crossed they are fine tomorrow as I have a meeting first thing, and will be in. Xx
