Poem - I Rise

I rise
I rise with the morning light
I rise to the imagins from dreams
I rise to receive my gifts
I rise to the sounds of my breath
I rise to my lungs pushing my cells
I rise to except a new glorious day
I rise
I rise to the movement of my eyes
I rise to see the views from my window
I rise to greet the sounds of the birds
I rise to see the blackbirds feeding from the table of my lawn
I rise to see the grey squirrels climbing through my fir
I rise to listen to their gripping claws running along the new, unpainted fence
I rise
I rise to see the beautiful violets, yellows, reds, primroses popping up
I rise to watch them grow as Nature's birth from the soil
I rise to see the trees blossom in white and pink
I rise
I rise to explore my senses for the new tastes of mint, herbs and tea
I rise to fill my cups, to drink from Nature's fountains of abundance
I rise to renew my hope, my wishes, my joys
I rise
I rise to share my life with you
I rise to exchange the experience of this moment
I rise to reach you through the Mindfulness of words
I rise to greet you through my inner heart
I rise
I rise for the glory of nature filling my life
I rise for the connections of energy
I rise for the Meditations and frequency
I rise for its quantum connections unseen
I rise...
I rose for the vibrancy of rosehip colours today...

This morning's creative meditation for why "I Rise",
I wrote whilst drinking our tea/coffee break, prompted by our AfH calendar today, 11th March 2025

Fly, fly, fly,
Like the Four winds that blow
Born in our hemisphere

Fly high as the kite
Fly low as the robin
Fly in between as the magpies

Glide on the currents of the early morning's blue, clean, air
High, high, high you glide, dear Kite
Above the highest fir tree reaching at forty foot
Above the highest hills of Dunstable Downs
Above the heights of three high, blue cladded towers in Marsh Farm

So high you can see miles around
So high you can see the aircraft arriving in
So high you can see the heavens above
High, high, high

Feel inspired by the nature pondering around us
Feel inspired by the weeds and nettles surviving through our Winter
Feel inspired by the snow drops facing up to the sunlight in Stockwood Park

Hear the sounds of the rising of new dawn
Hear the sounds of the flapping of pigeons wings
Hear the calls of our Mother's words

Breath in the chill of March into our lungs
Breath in the pure oxygen exchange of the fir
Breath in the vibrancy of life into your heart

Visualise your energy flow exchange
Visualise your inner movements
Visualise your opening up to a new beginning

Renew your blessings
Renew your thoughts
Renew your intentions

The day ahead of this moment
Welcomes you
To embrace peace, joy and reflections

Connect yourself to Nature
Connect yourself to your Mind
Connect yourself to a Community

You hold the wealth of your joy
Not I
Not I
Not I

Art & Nature inspired events being hosted from this Friday for a block of 6 weeks at Leighton Buzzard Library.

**IMPORTANT NOTE** - NEW starting time **2pm to 4pm**
3 weeks left for this block
Friday 7th, 14th and 21st March 2025, at Leighton Buzzard Theatre Library workshops are now starting at **2pm to 4pm**

Relax into your weekend and finish your busy week with a smile...

-Feeling tired by a busy unrelenting week in front of a laptop or in an office chair?
-Perhaps you have been feeling a little unwell and need a pick me up?
-In between Nightshift and Friday into the weekend, need to re-adjust your body clock?
-Feeling unfit?

Sloping into the coach with the TV alone, or using the internet to switch brain modes will not create the relaxing energy, your brain and body needs, to regenerate itself and switch off from work.

It taken me 15 years to finally understand how all these aspects put together, will engineer a New You for yourself and everyone around you.

Consistently engaging in these workshops for the next 3 weeks, there will be a proven benefit to how you feel afterwards.

This offering will create a movement and flow for touching into a new energy source.

It will give you energy to rejuvenate for Friday evening and the weekend

If there is a positive take up in the next 3 weeks, we will review to extend our stay for a further 3-6 weeks, to support you on your journey for new "Happiness & Artistic Wellness habits"

A holistic offering for Wellness using Nature as inspiration.
- De-stress through Friday afternoon's activity
- helps with low mood and mild anxiety
- aids to create a calmness for your nervous system through breathwork
- mindfulness in a Nature walk
- original poetry reading whilst Meditating - re-focus your monkey mind & concentration
- creating new connections and friends
- free of chemicals for a treat to nurture the insides
- Serving Organic filter coffee and variety of Organic and decaffeinated Teas, Organic Pasteurised Milk, and Sugars
- Learning new skills and taking away tools for relaxation

- Fine art workshop Facilitated by Elaine Cooney, learning new skill
- Poetry written and shared by Facilitator, Bhagvati Patel, listening to new creative words and expressions

Unlock, Gifts, Nature Communities

🗝️ ~ when we unlock our hearts, the gifts of breath, connects us...
Our Lives and conversations are heard and honoured...

~ Bhagvati, From Seed to Flower Community 🌱🌻

In nature, this place is nestled, like the birds nest in the tree or the swans on the waters edge.

Many flock to this sacred Abbey from all over the globe. Arriving a weary and tired traveller, resting overnight and changing to spirited and refreshed.

My journey and relationships started in earnest in 2013 and I've flocked and I've rested here many times.

I've enjoyed and filled my cup many times over the years, from the beauty of nature, the river, the walks, and the Spiritual connection to the Benedict Monks.

The story and history of Buckfast Abbey, like many historical buildings has stood the test of time.

Solid as stone, welcoming of Heart,
Stories read and sung from ancient times of Christ's birth to connecting people from diverse pathways, all who arrive on the grounds and come through the Arched Wooden Doors...

I took away Holy Water from the Crib this time and accepted bread...

It's about waving goodbye to 2024 and greeting 2025, with a conscious open heart...

Surround 2025 with Nature to explore how it could be a key to unlocking your Artist wellness...

Explore, Experience and Share in Nature the gifts for our breath to connect our voices...

Be Heard, Honour yourself with your Gift

Connect with me here or email me at Fromseedtoflower8@gmail.com to find out how you can share in the movement and feel part of the community through Nature...

Interested in a Retreat at Buckfast, South Devon?

Depending on interest, dates will be advised shortly for Summer, Autumn, Winter 2025, Spring 2026.

Sassyness snow
Sassyness snow...

Slowly softly searingly
Sassyness snowy
Soundlessly sourcing soil

Soaring swaying swallows
Disappearing distances over deserts
Precariously, preciously gliding
Fighting ferociously winds of tide
Seas high, seas low, see calm
Wonderous heights Alps, Mountains,
Navigation becons, wisdom pack leaders
Guiding their families
By day by night
Resting for food, short sleep
Up, up and away
From Dawn to Dusk
Until the journey ends
At the Peninsula
Cape of Good Hope
Home
Warmer seasons

James Hart Happy (something) Birthday!
Sasseyness Snow Poem, for the constant inspiration of great mentors running through my life...

The story of the Swallow and their journey from the UK to South Africa is inspired by Tim Dee and his novel Greenary. I met Tim Dee briefly for a week during my time at Arvon at Totley Barton. He writes of his experience as he follows the Swallows on their migration journey.
https://lnkd.in/eB7j24zU

The word "Saasyness" is inspired by Maya Angelou's Poem, I will rise. A link to a live recording in 1987 https://youtu.be/qviM_GnJbOM

Encouraged and a shout out to local teachers in Luton, Haneefah Muhammad, Mark Stephenson OMG, Dianne Thomas, keeps the Poetry and Mind flowing...
