Today is World Health Day ๐ŸŒฟ

And while we often think of health as what we do (workouts, steps, routines), we donโ€™t always think about the space we give our minds., (or emotions!).

Stress is naturally part of life, but living in a constant state of it doesnโ€™t have to be.

This month, weโ€™re focusing on stress awareness and the small, intentional ways we can support our bodies and minds.

For many, our infrared yoga has become a place to slow down and release mental and physical tension. Yoga is a full spectrum for health, not just movement, but also how you feel when you stop moving.

Meet Warrior 3 (Virabhadrasana III), a standing yoga pose that challenges your balance and focus, while strengthening your standing leg.

โžก๏ธ Body moves forward, back leg lifts behind you - moving like a seesaw
โžก๏ธ Arms and leg stretches in opposite directions
โžก๏ธ Breathe.. look forward, stay focused to maintain balance
