Pose Playbook: Go from Basics to Brilliance ๐ŸŒŸ

Meet Low Lunge or Crescent Moon Pose (known in Sanskrit as Anjaneyasana) - a grounding yet energising pose that opens your hips and chest while building lower body strength and balance.

How to do it โ†’
1๏ธโƒฃ Start in a tabletop position, then step one foot forward between your hands.
2๏ธโƒฃ Lower your back knee to the mat, keeping the top of your foot flat.
3๏ธโƒฃ Frame your front foot with your hands or lift your torso and sweep your arms overhead, reaching up through the fingertips.
4๏ธโƒฃ Gently sink into your hips while keeping your core engaged and spine long.
