An AMAZING day yesterday at the Dartmoor marathon - back in the best county on earth, with the marathon starting and finishing in my home town - it was WONDERFUL! My 38th marathon and definitely my best, despite being nowhere near my fastest - I felt super strong, full of energy and loved every single second ☺️☺️☺️

All classes on as usual this week - though potentially a little bit stiff today and tomorrow 🤣🤣 looking forward to seeing the Dancefit and Pilates gangs later!

You said yellow, we (mostly!) did yellow! Awesome work from the Kettlebell crew tonight - with a massive happy 40th to Alex, with the highest jump in the world 🙌🙌🤣🤣🤣 sorry to those who missed it, next time we’ll go non-school holidays 😁

As it’s Easter weekend remember there are no classes Monday & Tuesday morning is also cancelled - everything else on next week though 💪 Have a lovely weekend and see you then!

Hurrah hurray it’s yellow Wednesday! For those of you coming to kettlebells tonight, don’t leave Alex all alone in her yellow outfit - dig out whatever you have and we can yellow it up 🤣🤣🤣🤣 yay!

In the meantime it’s Chair Yoga this morning at the Guide Hut at 10.30, and Fitness Yoga at 6.45 (ish 🤔🤣) at the Public Hall after our spring edition of kettlebells 😁

The sun always shines on Chair Yoga! 🧘 🪑 🌞

10.30am at the Guide Hut for a fabulous 45 minutes of gentle stretch and balance ☺️

This evening is the usual kettlebell mayhem at 6pm and Fitness Yoga at 6.45 (ish!) 🏋️‍♀️🧘😊

Plus a lovely sunny run and I have a lovely day ahead! Hurray!

Fabulous turn out for our first Chair Yoga session in Winslow this morning - 15 intrepid Chogis (see what I did there?! 🤣) did a brilliant job!! A wonderful class if you need something a little less energetic than regular fitness sessions 😊

10.30am every Wednesday in the Guide Hut - £7 per session, no need to book 🧘🪑😊

Tonight is kettlebells and regular Fitness Yoga at the Public Hall - see you then! 💪🧘🙌
