A 45 minute body conditioning session with cardio intervals, primarily using bodyweight exercises, along occasionally with small equipment. To improve cardio fitness & muscle tone, It’s designed to offer something for everyone!

Classes are suitable for all abilities, with modifications offered throughout to ensure everyone can participate and adapted for those attending.

CLASSES are held on:

Mondays 7pm
Thursdays 9am
