Feeling incredibly lucky today 💙

Our amazing patients really made us smile — we were treated to beautiful flowers, biscuits, and even cake!

But the highlight had to be one patient turning up wearing a boot and using a crutch… all for an April Fools joke! Safe to say, they had us going for a moment 😂

We’re delighted to introduce Eva, our Foot Health Practitioner, who is passionate about keeping your feet comfortable, healthy, and pain-free.

👣What inspired you to become a Foot Health Practitioner?

My experience assisting podiatrist Josephine at Buckingham Podiatry inspired me to become a Foot Health Practitioner.

👣What’s the most common foot problem you see?

I most commonly see heloma molle (soft corns). Most people are surprised to learn that corns are often caused by ill-fitting footwear and moisture.

👣What’s your favourite part of helping patients?

Seeing the relief patients feel when they put their shoes back on after an appointment.

👣What’s one foot-care tip everyone should follow at home?

Make sure you dry in between your toes properly!

👣A fun fact about you?

I love sharks—and all animals!

We’re delighted to share some wonderful news — Eva has officially qualified as a Foot Health Practitioner.

Over the past year, she’s been studying hard alongside assisting in the clinic, and her dedication has really paid off. Her trainers praised her excellent knowledge and practical skills, and she received such positive feedback from the patients she treated during her training.

Eva Smith Dip FH will soon be offering appointments at Buckingham Podiatry, and we’re incredibly proud of what she has achieved 👣💜
